Location of the hotel is great! It's inside Gunwharf Quays outlet which makes dining and shopping pretty convenient. Quite unfortunate that air-conditioning was not working during my stay, which makes the room stifling. Got 10% off for most of the restaurants and shops inside the outlet as a holiday inn guest.

地理位置非常好，就在岡沃夫碼頭的奧特萊斯裡邊，後面就是火車站（朴茨茅斯有三個火車站。這個是岡沃夫站。一定要看清楚），火車站隔壁就是海軍基地（有七個博物館）。房間比較乾淨。早餐很不錯，供應及時，英式全餐。不足之處是牛奶沒有熱的，衹有冷的，還放在小冰箱裡。希望考慮到亞洲客人的飲食習慣，供應一些熱的牛奶。入住期間恰逢復活節，價格高（1500+/晚），但是酒店給12隨以下小朋友準備了找復活節彩蛋的活動，孩子很積極，找到二等獎的彩蛋，贏了一盒巧克力。退房時，才被一位工作人員告知可以在前台拿打折卡，去購物中心吃飯和購物可以打8-9折。入住的時候，本來應該告訴顧客的，希望這點可以改進。購物中心裡邊的飯店，喜歡中餐就去Pho，喜歡西餐就去zizzi，有家墨西哥菜的網上點評不錯，但真是一言難盡。希望以上訊息對大家有幫助。

On arrival we were told the Aircon wasn't working in that room although we booked back in May, we could the fan provided. We were in the 3rd top floor, lift wasn't working to bring us down to ground level either. Breakfast was chaotic as hotel full..not enough attention to detail in filling up food for guests. When we went to checkout the lady was quiet abrupt. Have stayed here twice before but can't say was impressed this time with staff attitude on arrival no apologies for Aircon inconvenience not even told about the lift as we were staying on 3rd Floor.

Great hotel with very friendly & helpful staff. The room was spacious and had two windows which opened. Air conditioning wasn't working in the entire hotel, so open windows were perfect. You also got a free bottle of water and a free ice cream! Location was excellent, close to shops, station, beach and attractions. We highly recommend this hotel.

酒店位置極佳，樓下就是outlets 商場，吃喝玩樂齊備，離海邊景點也是步行能達，自助英式早餐不過不失，選擇比較豐富，提供頭24小時免費停車補貼，然後每天2英鎊。但最頭疼的是入住時被告知空調壞了，炎炎夏日房間衹提供一把小風扇應付，而且酒店職員也沒法告知恢復時間，害得入住三天全程沒涼意。由於是透過訂房網站的hotel voucher 預付了全費，無法退貨。哪怕酒店在房間放了道歉聲明，我們也衹能能默默忍受。

什麼東西都沒有，晚上要牙膏牙刷也沒有，拖鞋也沒有，窗外什麼景色沒有，放假還這麼貴，打電話前台迴應也很敷衍

4星？2800元兩晚，性價比非常低。但小地方可供選擇的酒店不多。因為需要從這裡坐船去法國，不得已。房間設施非常老舊，感覺是90年代裝修。但是地理位置好，就在Outlets 裡面，憑房卡可以9折購物。

The bed was moving constantly. Was on wheels with no breaks on. Very uncomfortable 2 night sleep. We was told to put towels under the bed to stop it moving. I suffer with a bad back as it is and barely slept a wink all weekend. Absolutely awful!
